Cancellation Policy

Dear Client,
Our appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice. Missed appointments, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows will incur a fee of $45.00.

If you need to cancel with one of our following specialist appointments, please be aware of our cancellation fees as listed:

  • Procedures with a Specialist – Minimum notice period of 72 hours; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $1,000 shall be charged from the deposit
  • Procedures with In-house DVMs – Minimum notice period of 72 hours; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $500 shall be charged from the deposit
  • Echocardiography – Minimum notice period of 72 hours; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $500 shall be charged from the deposit
  • Ultrasound – Minimum notice period of 72 hours; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $300 shall be charged from the deposit
  • Health Certificate – Minimum notice period of 72 hours; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $250 shall be charged from the deposit

Procedure Booking Policy

Upon scheduling a procedure, an 80% deposit is required to confirm the appointment.
